Charles Viniyal currently doing his Bachelors Degree in Social Communication at the Sultan Idris Education University . Among the programmes that he has took part in are USLS 2015 at Hong Kong representing Malaysia as the delegate. Besides he also had represented Malaysia as the Youth Ambassador for the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA 17) and also others great events such as Defence Service Asia three times now .Besides representing Malaysia at the Asean Youth Entrepreneurship Competition at the (Unversiti Kebangsaan Malaysia) and also obtaining 8th place among 50 Universities throughout ASEAN countries who participated.

Besides that, He is also one of the President of the Social Communication who initiated the Facebook Radio Concept with DJ in the faculty for the university and also the Unnovate@Muallim Youth 2018 in collaboration with the Commonwealth Youth Council. Above and apart from that, He also been in the Students Representative Council for the year of 2014/2015 .He also worked with the Prime Ministers Office of Malaysia and attached to the Ministry of Education and also the Malaysian Indian Congress .

As a youth, He always been interested to serve the youth and community to ensure the sustainability development goals in many different aspects. One of his job scope is the Representative of the Silver Youth Council for the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan . It is a great pleasure for him to serve the Commonwealth Students Association Asia to serve the community again globally this time.
